Key Responsibilities

• Working with the Creative Team and Account Managers to take briefs from clients and assist with creativeoverview of projects and completion both in a team and individual approach.
• Generating interesting and beautiful creative work as well as new brand identities with strong conceptual and strategic foundations.
• Maintaining the highest design standards and attention to detail.
• Leading the creative output of projects through each stage and ensure the creative brief is fully explored.
• Supporting the Creative Directors to ensure that work gets delivered on time to a high standard.
• Creating high-quality presentations of creative work for internal and external use.
• Manage, inspire and mentor interns during their stay.
• Strengthen existing client relationships through the work you produce and the way you interact with the clients from a creative perspective.
• A good eye for photography is a plus we’d love. 
• Experience in working with interactive platforms (PDF, WordPress and After Effects) would be an advantage.

We are looking to recruit a zealous team player who will report directly to the General Manager. Remuneration will range between 28k-32k depending on experience and/or qualification. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, (working knowledge of the Maltese language will be considered an asset) and have already lived in Malta for at least 3 years.

Main Duties

Finance Related Duties:

• Ground level book-keeping
• Data reporting
• reparation of the periodical Management Accounts
• Bank reconciliation
• Creditors/Debtors control including payments/receipts and debtor chasing
• Purchase order reconciliation
• VAT return preparation

Administration Related Duties:

• Documentation and filing up-keep
• Vacation/sick leave administration
• Process timesheets relating to projects etc
• General administration of insurances, Health & safety, GDPR etc.
• Overall office maintenance related tasks.

Experience and Qualifications

• Well into ACCA qualification, accountancy degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Possess excellent IT skills.
• Experience in Xero Accounting system, would be considered as an asset.

Must be fluent in both Maltese and English
Must be based in Malta with previous work experience locally.
